做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
