做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
