做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
