做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
