做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
