做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
