做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
