做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
