做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
