做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
