做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
