做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
