做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
