做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
