做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
