做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
