做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
