做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
