做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
