做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
