做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
