做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
