做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
