做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
