做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
