做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
