做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
