做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
