做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
