做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
