做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
