做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
