做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
