做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
