做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
