做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
