做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
