做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
