做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
