做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
