做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
