做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
