做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
