做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
