做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
