做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
