做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
