做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
