做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
