做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
